Brachioplasty Vs. Vaser Lipo
You want your friends to wave back, you want your crush to wave back, but the last thing you want is for your arms to wave back. If you have excess fat and skin around your arms that you can’t seem to get rid of with exercise and diet alone, then it may be time to consider getting a procedure done by the doctors at Plastic Surgery Associates. As two of our most popular procedures to get rid of upper arm fat, we offer a Brachioplasty (arm lift) and Vaser lipo. Read on to learn more about these unique procedures.
A brachioplasty is a surgical procedure that typically involves the use of liposuction to help get rid of excess fat and skin. Depending on how severe your condition is, your surgeon may make an incision on a T-incision or a long incision near the axilla to the elbow. Once the incision has been made, liposuction will be used to get rid of excess, unwanted fat. After which, excess skin will be surgically removed and lifted by using sutures. Once the surgery is done, your incision will be stitched up, and you will be sent for recovery.
Although the results from a brachioplasty are undeniable, Vaser lipo is another, relatively non-invasive way that you can get rid of unwanted arm fat. By using a combination of ultrasound technology and massage, the fat cells will be broken up and then suctioned away by using a small, thin grooved probe. And because this surgery can be done in an outpatient facility, you won’t have to worry about too much recovery time afterward.
Feel confident and sexy, with slimmer, more toned arms. With two great options available, both a Brachioplasty and laser lipo can help you get rid of stubborn upper arm fat.
