A variety of procedures are performed by Dr. Stanley P. Gulin at Plastic Surgery Associates of Naples-Ft. Ultrasonic Tumescent Liposuction (Lipo-Selection/VASER-Lipo)
Every body has areas that are predisposed to fat storage and even with rigorous diet and exercise these unwanted bulges often persist. Ultrasonic tumescent liposuction (Lipo-Selection) is a minimally invasive procedure that precisely and efficiently removes unwanted body fat. Dr. Gulin is able to reshape and give better proportion to such areas as the face, neck, chest, abdomen, hips and waist, back, arms, thighs, calves, chin, and chin. Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)
A tighter, flatter abdomen is a goal that many men and women aspire to. Often exercise and diet alone does not achieve the result that they hope for. In general a tummy tuck removes excess fat and skin and in some cases restores the weakened or separated muscles of the abdomen. Mommy Makeover (Post pregnancy Breast and Body Contouring).
Pregnancy often results in either weakening of the abdominal musculature, excessive abdominal skin, or additional fatty deposits in the abdomen, hips and waist, or thighs. Many women come to Plastic Surgery Associates of Naples/Fort Myers to improve the shape of their abdomen and waist, often in combination with a breast lift (mastopexy).
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) removes the excess skin and fat as well as tightens the muscles which have been stretched by pregnancy. Tumescent ultrasonic liposuction (Lipo-Selection/VASER-Lipo) removes excessive fatty tissue in the waist, hips, and thigh areas. A breast lift (mastopexy) restores the breast shape as well as elevating the nipple to a higher position.

Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)
Excessive fat and hanging skin of the upper arm can be treated very successfully with an arm lift by Dr. Gulin. At times only liposuction is sufficient to reshape the arm. Thigh Lift
Although many patients seen at Plastic Surgery Associates of Naples/Fort Myers are able to contour their thighs with ultrasonic tumescent liposuction (Lipo-Selection/VASER-Lipo) alone, some patients need removal of sagging skin with a thigh lift. Dr. Gulin places a very well hidden cosmetic incision in the groin crease, which is easily covered by a bathing suit. A thigh lift tightens the inner thigh as well as the front of the thigh.
