After consultation with Dr. Gulin at Plastic Surgery Associates of Naples-Ft. Myers all fees are discussed by our patient coordinator prior to any surgery. Surgery scheduled the day of the patient’s consultation will have the consultation fee applied toward the total procedure fee.

All surgical fees are paid in advance of surgery. A deposit is made at the time of scheduling of the procedure. All forms of payment are accepted including major credit cards. Financing is available through several convenient financing programs. A number of these programs allow interest free repayment if payment is made within a certain period of time.
